Programme Overview

Tai Chi classes located in Te Aroha. Come along and see Kay in her fantastic Tai Chi classes. She is also certificated in fall prevention and balance - lots of handy tips and exercises for everyone. All ages and abilities are welcome. Open throughout the year except over Christmas holidays.

Tuesday 5.30pm $50 for 5 classes , see details below,for balance and fall prevention started , 5.15 for 5.30 Class is for 3/4 to an hour. 24 Yang Style will follow. One payments cover both Chi Gong and Form 24yang style, Wear flat shoes and loose clothing. Just come alone and see if its right for you.

I will be starting a beginners class in 2024 $50 for 5 sessions, cash on first day or 03 1573 0067477 025 reference Taichi and your name. please watch and follow on Te Aroha Tai Chi Group ; facebook page for updates. 24 Yang Style will follow beginner class.
