Programme Overview

Tai Chi classes located in Te Aroha. Come along and see Kay in her fantastic Tai Chi classes. She is also certificated in fall prevention and balance - lots of handy tips and exercises for everyone. All ages and abilities are welcome. Open throughout the year except winter break July/sept and a short break over Christmas .

Tuesday 9.00am $50 for 5 classes , see details below,for balance and fall prevention started , 8.45 for 9.00 Class is for 3/4 to an hour. 24 Yang Style will follow. One payments cover both Chi Gong and Form 24yang style, Wear flat shoes and loose clothing. Just come alone and see if its right for you.
