Programme Overview
Participants can join in as much or as little as they are able to. Exercises are done to music and are varied, interesting and fun including such equipment as light weights, balls and theraband.
This class is suitable for anyone wanting to improve their strength, balance, fitness etc, and is particularly suited for those with COPD/respiratory issues. After the exercises a time of support, friendship and catch up continues over a hot drink.
This is an approved Live Stronger for Longer class - strength and balance exercise.
