Programme Overview
Tai Chi and Chi Gong exercise for Health and Vitality, Motion and Flexibility, Peace of Mind and Harmony, Core Strength, Balance Improvement, Stress Relief, Breathing Techniques. Tai Chi is a low impact, slow motion exercise done without pausing moving the body through a series of motions.
It differs from other types of exercises in that the movements are usually circular and never forced, the muscles are relaxed rather than tensed, the joints are not fully extended or bent and connective tissues are not stretched.
Tai Chi can easily be adapted to anyone from the fit to people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery. It is ideal for people suffering from stress, breathing problems, arthritis and other age related problems.
