Tai Chi for Wellness and Injury Free. ACC NZ says "You can trust an exercise program that's BEEN AROUND LONGER THAN YOU HAVE" Tai Chi has been researched & proven to increase strength & balance & improve coordination & reaction.
Tai Chi is an efficient way to gain energy. The calmness & tranquillity derived from going through taiji movements are so joyful. All movements/techniques are non-resistive and accepting. It is decumulative rather than accumulative.
Eddie is the longest time practitioner in the Waikato. His emphasis now is quality not quantity. Note: Please check with your GP/Physio before participating in Tai Chi classes.
