Programme Overview

The Waihi Beach Tennis Club is well known to have the best views and is situated alongside the Pohutukawa Scenic Reserve. There are 6 Tiger Turf courts and spacious club rooms.

Located only 200m from Waihi Beach! Waihi Beach Tennis Club is open 12 months of the year and invite all players to join and come along for a social or competitive game.

For those of you who enjoy social tennis for exercise or fitness, we play every Tuesday and Friday morning. Just turn up between 8.30/9am. We usually play for between 1 - 2 hours ( your choice) and enjoy a coffee afterwards.

For those of you who like to be a little more competitive, we have a Club afternoon for all members on Sundays from 4pm. (Winter from 3 pm). We also run a range of popular summer tournaments.

Team Tennis is very popular on Tuesday nights.(Tuesday & Wednesday nights during winter).

We have a growing membership with Family and social subscriptions available and the courts are available for casual hire for non-members @ $2 per player per half hour.

Seniors: $170.00
Family: $250 (2 adults and their school children)
Juniors: (under 12) $50
Juniors: attending school (12+ ) $75- $85
Social: $20 (Non playing members)
