Programme Overview

WHAT IS RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS? The ability to be physically active influences social wellbeing, mental health and is linked to children’s school performance.

Our recreational gymnastics programme is designed to engage children and adults in gymnastics in a structured yet fun and friendly way. The aim is getting them motivated and moving through gymnastics. This means maximizing their physical abilities by building self-confidence, self-esteem, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and physical fitness in fun and creative ways.

We encourage our students to reach their full potential at their own pace while learning new and exciting skills.

Our Gymnastics programs promote:

  • Physical skills: coordination, balance, flexibility and strength from head to toe.
  • Social skills: communication, sharing, taking turns and cooperation.
  • Attentional skills: sustain focus, listening and following instructions and sequence of movements.
  • Emotional skills: confidence, self-belief, patience, respect and motivation.
Our Programs

We offer fitness programs for all ages and abilities!
  • Toddler Gymnastics: It is a fun physical development class for toddlers aged 1– 3 years with parent participation and under the guidance of professional & experienced coaches. It involves bouncing, spinning, rolling with your children in fun and creative ways to aid their curiosity, playfulness, sense of adventure and provides quality bonding time. So, if you want to help them develop their physical skills, what better place to start.
  • Preschool Recreational Gymnastics: It is a fun physical development class for toddlers aged 3-5 years and under the supervision of their parents and professional & experienced coaches. It involves gymnastics skills and exercises to learn and coordinate the large muscles in their arms and legs, and the small muscles in their hands and fingers. It is an excellent opportunity to help your children practice integrated learning skills such as shapes, colours, counting and following instructions. It also helps the development of social skills such as sharing, turn-taking and cooperating with other children as well as develop self-confidence.
  • 5-8 years Recreational Gymnastics: Learn basic gymnastic skills and routines on the beam, floor, bars & air track, stretching & condition and fun gymnastic games & relay races. We also use balls, hoops, skipping ropes and other equipment in fun and creative ways to develop physical fitness. It is an excellent opportunity to help your children practice social skills such as sharing, turn-taking and cooperating with other children. Our activities instil confidence in children through achievement, gives them mental strength, and a strong sense of self-esteem – something we are passionate about at Ultimate Transformations.
  • 8-12 years Recreational Gymnastics: Learn basic and advanced gymnastic skills and routines on the beam, floor, bars & air track, stretching & condition and fun gymnastic games & relay races. We also use balls, hoops, skipping ropes and other equipment in fun and creative ways to develop physical fitness. Our activities instil confidence in children through achievement, gives them mental strength, and a strong sense of self-esteem – something we are passionate about at Ultimate Transformations. Great alternative to couch surfing and computer games! We offer these classes as a girls and boys mixed, girls only and boys only options. See our class details for your preferred choice.
  • Seniors: Gymnastics for Seniors provides a fun, relaxed approach to achieving better physical and mental health - low impact, flexibility and mobility focus. It also aims at injury prevention, recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Special needs: Customised, individualised programs can be designed by our highly qualified and competition experienced coaches for special requirements.
  • Fitness for Adults: Gym Fit is an awesome way to stay fit with a variety of low impact exercises focusing on cardio, core, upper and lower body strength and flexibility. We offer private one on one sessions as well as group sessions.
