Programme Overview

Come along and socialize and get fit to music! Two classes per week.
Beginners are welcome, once you get moving and see how fun it is you will be back!
Open to all ages and all abilities.

Tuesday night at Elstow community hall, Thursday morning at Te Aroha senior citizens hall.
