Programme Overview
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners through to regulars. Zumba Fitness is a Latin inspired dance fitness class that’s fun and energetic. You’ll move to salsa, cha cha, merengue, bhangra, reggaeton, cumbia, hip hop, and more.
Zumba Toning uses small hand weights (supplied) to tone and shape muscles; particularly shoulders, biceps, triceps, core and legs. By adding weight resistance to Latin-based music this is a fun and effective way to stay in shape.
No dance experience necessary. Suitable age 12 and older.
