Mission
Provide fun, challenging and rewarding orienteering within the Waikato region. We aim to allow everyone the chance to try the interesting sport of orienteering. We provide a base for beginners, and a chance to develop new skills. The club is open to suggestions for events and training ideas. We are volunteer-led so the options are up to you. We have held mapping courses and technique development sessions and can arrange more if asked for.

Welcome to Orienteering Waikato. We hold regular orienteering events within the cities and sometimes in farm and forest areas. General Information Club membership costs only $10 per year, then each map you purchase costs only $5. Non-member map price is $10. Look out for updates on event dates here and at cdorienteering.co.nz There are always levels of courses for beginners to experienced athletes and help is available to get you started.
