Programme Overview

We are a small club with members participating at all levels – social, secondary school, club, representative and masters. Over the years the club has achieved excellent results, and it has been great to see some of our rowers go on to represent New Zealand, including Hannah Osborne, who won Silver at the Tokyo Olympics.

As a club, we do our best to pass on our passion for the sport of rowing. Our rowers are dedicated to achieving the highest standards they can, and they are supported by a team of committed and talented coaches. The club has a large selection of boats, ranging from singles to eights, and also off-the-water training equipment. We aim to provide a friendly environment in which rowers of all ages, abilities and ambitions can thrive.

Training times and days vary throughout the year, depending on the regatta calendar and the aims of our competitive rowers. Stay in touch by checking our website and Facebook pages or emailing teawamuturowing@gmail.com.
