Programme Overview

The Taupo Pistol Club offers training in safe pistol handling and an introduction to the skills required for the sport of target pistol shooting. We are members of the NZ Pistol Association and are recognised by the New Zealand Police. The club holds regular activities throughout the week. This is a sport that suits athletes of a broad range of ages, fitness and ability. Our members vary from early teens to those in their 80&90s. We welcome people of all ages and physical abilities. We ask that adults applying to join hold a current NZ Firearms Licence.

$15 per visitor who uses the range and its facilities. Note range use must be under supervision by a TPC club member.
