People are very welcome to come along to have a look at a class.
Taoist Tai chi has many health benefits including better posture, balance, circulation, flexibility and calming the mind. The tai chi set is taught gradually over a number of months and then ability is developed in a continuing class.

Fees are for membership of the society. As a not-for-profit organisation our fees are very reasonable and average out to less than $5.00 a class.
