Are you tired of feeling unmotivated and struggling to exercise while losing enthusiasm on your own? I have the answer for you! Strong Nation is a fantastic group fitness class that combines body weight, plyometrics, some martial arts and cardio for an incredible workout.

Think boot camp crossed with HIIT class, but for beginners! I run class at 6pm so you can head to me straight after work. There are changing facilities at the venue.
