STM FiT
We are located on Avalon Drive and specialise in small group personal training (similar to bootcamps).
We also offer additional support in the form of body scans, nutrition plans, and 1-on-1 coaching. Plus 24/7 access. Classes run for 50-minutes and are designed to help with:
- Losing body fat
- Adding muscle tone
- Improving fitness & energy levels
