Programme Overview

The avantidrome is a brilliant place to walk in an indoor, warm environment - the perfect winter option! Walk or power walk at your own pace. There are many regulars that enjoy the social aspect of the group and they welcome new walkers :) The loop id flat and suitable for beginners and people with walking aids. Indoor walking circuit with exercise stations as an option and walk at your own pace . Come along and join in the fun and enjoy new friendships. The group walk every Tuesday and Thursday meeting upstairs at the avantidrome just before 9.00 am!! Gold Coin Donation at the reception desk please
