Programme Overview
Yoga for every body. You don't have to be flexible to do yoga - yoga makes you flexible. Build strength, increase flexibility, calm the mind, energise the body. Bring your yoga mat, a smile, good vibes and comfy clothing. Yoga is such a wonderful way to de-stress while giving your body a gentle, yet firm, workout. You can work at your own pace - from beginners to advanced - adaptations are offered to suit all ages and abilities. Please contact Jo for more information.
