Programme Overview
Pulse Personal Training provides a personalised approach for you to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals. Enjoy training in a private studio, with supervision, motivation and support. Your needs, health and goals will be assessed, and programmes developed to match.
Our experienced and qualified trainers will encourage you in a supportive and caring manner, and your overall wellbeing (including nutrition if requested) will be considered.
We can provide the following;
- One-on-one training
- Two-on-one training
- Changing facilities
- Located in Rototuna
- Warm and dry in winter, air-conditioned in summer
- Off-street parking
- Experienced and qualified trainers
- Full needs assessment and medical/health screening
- Nutrition advice/plans if desired
