Programme Overview

Pulse Personal Training provides a personalised approach for you to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals. Enjoy training in a private studio, with supervision, motivation and support. Your needs, health and goals will be assessed, and programmes developed to match.

Our experienced and qualified trainers will encourage you in a supportive and caring manner, and your overall wellbeing (including nutrition if requested) will be considered.

We can provide the following;

  • One-on-one training
  • Two-on-one training
  • Changing facilities
  • Located in Rototuna
  • Warm and dry in winter, air-conditioned in summer
  • Off-street parking
  • Experienced and qualified trainers
  • Full needs assessment and medical/health screening
  • Nutrition advice/plans if desired
