Vicki enjoys helping people improve mobility, strength and flexibility. She wants people to understand what core is and how to use it in life. Qualified trainer.
Tuesday: 1.00pm - 50 minutes
Base Pilates is great for beginners through to advanced, a great core workout. Mats, are all available for free use at classes, if you would like to use your own you are very welcome to bring them along.
