Programme Overview
The Peak Strength Method is an approach to Strength & Conditioning training that can be used a little or a lot to increase overall strength, correct imbalances, improve mobility & help you gain confidence in a variety of positions, as well as feeling & looking good.
Techniques used in these specific Strength & Conditioning sessions are also vital for pre-habilitation & can greatly aid many forms of rehabilitation.
Monday 5.30am - 6.30pm
