Programme Overview
A cross fitness training session for all ages shapes and sizes Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning classes - WIP (Work in Progress). These classes cater for beginners, it provides the fundamentals of cross training.
Monday 6am-7am - 4.30pm-5.30pm and 5.30pm-6.30pm
Tuesday 6am-7am - 4.30pm-5.30pm and 5.30pm-6.30pm
Wednesday 6am-7am - 4.30pm-5.30pm and 5.30pm-6.30pm
Thursday 6am-7am - 4.30pm-5.30pm
Friday 6am-7am - 5.30pm-6.30pm
$15 per week for unlimited classes ($10pw student or unemployed) and $7 casual ($5 student or unemployed)
