Programme Overview

Kenpo 5.0 is a martial arts programme dedicated to self defense. Although the structure is based on a traditional style of discipline and belt ranking the art itself is based on self defense requirements in todays world. It is a strong stand up art but does incorporate ground fighting skills as part of the syllabus.

There is a very well structured junior syllabus as well as a strong adult syllabus. You will never be short on something to learn or achieve. The school owner is Mark Robinson 5th Degree Black Belt with over 20 years experience in the art. Quality of teaching is overseen by Mr Jeff Speakman 9th Degree Black Belt based in Las Vegas.

Monday 5.00pm Juniors, 6.00pm Intermediate, 7.00pm Adults
Tuesday 4.15 to 4.55 Little Dragons 4 to 6 years of age
Wednesday 5.00pm Juniors, 6.00pm Intermediate, 7.00pm Adults
Thursday 4.15 to 4.55 Little Dragons 4 to 6 years of age

Little Dragons $105 per term, Juniors and Teens $160 per term, Adults $70 per month
