Programme Overview

Just Breathe is a beginner circuit class aimed at improving strength and balance in older adults. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace and to have fun. Success at achieving personnel health and well being goals depends on several factors including the commitment to set aside at least thirty minutes a day to practice your balance and flexibility using body weight exercises as the foundation for better health.
