Programme Overview

Low impact aerobics conducted in a fun and friendly environment with great music. The classes include resistance exercises using Kettle Bell weights and stretchy bands.

The music for the Tuesday and Thursday morning classes is from the 50's through to the 90's and runs for 45 minutes.
