I am a licenced Clubbercise instructor in Cambridge NZ COME PARTY WITH ME and join me for the first Clubbercise classes in the Waikato and the NORTH ISLAND. Clubbercise is a mix of dance, toning and combat What happens at a Clubbercise class? Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks Soundtrack of old and new club hits Easy-to-follow routines Dance, toning and combat moves High/low impact options BURN around 600 calories per class Clubbercise official glow rods will be available for purchase or hire for the night. Other GLOW items maybe available to purchase. Price list is posted on my page.
