Programme Overview
Body Love Yoga is focusing on accepting and loving your body just the way it is. It is specifically designed for round-bodied people with a desire to try yoga for the first time or if regular classes cause discomfort. However, no matter the shape, size, age or gender - everyone is welcome.
No experience required.
These classes focus on creating comfort, safety, community and connection. Non-competitive classes include deep relaxation practices, gentle poses, mindful movement with a mindfulness meditation at the end. Small class sizes ensure lots of individual attention and modifications.
The classes are led by Eugenia Nikiforow. Eugenia is a Nutrition and Mindfulness Coach, Yoga Instructor and a Business Psychologist.
