Cate is a qualified Clinical Exercise Physiologist who instructs beginner and Intermediate mat pilates.

Tuesday and Friday Intermediate class 7.30am at The Harrier Hut.
Friday Intermediate class 8:30am at Taupo Harrier Hut. Beginners class 9:30am at The Harrier Hut

Cost $15 per class. Please contact Cate to book your spot in class. Mats are provided. Anybody welcome.
