Programme Overview
New to pole dancing? You don't need to start out strong, fit or flexible when you join Altitude. You don't need to be coordinated or know how to dance - you'll develop all of those skills through training. Plenty of us (students and instructors) started from scratch, any level of fitness is welcome! Find out what your body is truly capable... and meet new friends while you're at it.
