This 1.5 hour session is suitable for all levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or can comfortably hold a free standing handstand.
Handstands are very complex and can be frustrating to master without the correct technique. Kenna has a wealth of knowledge within hand balancing and will guide you through the art form, providing you exercises, tips and alignment cues to help you perfect your handstand as well as covering other Acro movements.
