"After spending my life in team sports, enjoying anything active that was outside and potentially a little bit dangerous alongside regular HIIT workouts, being a mum has taught me how to be active in a new way. Activities like cycling, running and hiking have become the top faves as they allow me to do them in my own time and also to bring the team along with me.
I love being active as I find I feel better mentally, and physically. It is also just a love I have always had so I am fortunate to just naturally want to be active. I also have a lot more energy to do life when I am active.
