“I have had a gym membership for almost 30 years and have found that going to the gym has just become part of my daily routine.  I love that there are a variety of activities to choose from, and motivation comes from those around me. The gym kept my fitness level up when I played touch and netball, and now it helps me to stay active which means I feel healthy and strong. I have also completed many of the Great Cycle Trails New Zealand which is a fun way to see the country with my husband and family.
 
I love food and have always felt that if I exercise, then I can relax a bit with what I eat! Being fit helps with anything I do daily, both physically and mentally, and also allows me to play and run freely with my grandchildren.”
